Furnished, lockable rooms on the upstairs floor, with 24-hour access, 8 meeting-room hours a month and Bobbin Hall as your business address. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

Meeting rooms you can book by the hour

House rules

Short, so people read them. Sample rules

  1. Calls go in a booth

    Anything longer than a couple of minutes goes in a phone booth or a meeting room.

  2. Upstairs is the quiet floor

    Headphones for anything with sound. Chat downstairs in the lounge or kitchen.

  3. Clear open desks each evening

    Anything left on an open desk goes to lost property at the front desk.

  4. Guests sign in

    Members can bring two guests a month at no charge. After that, guests buy a day pass.

  5. Wash your own mug

    The dishwasher runs at 6 pm. Load it, or wash up and put things back.

  6. Dogs on Fridays

    Downstairs only, on a lead, and only if they're calm around people.

Can I try it before I join?

Yes. Everyone who takes a tour gets a free day pass to use within two weeks. This is a sample offer.

How does cancelling work?

Desk memberships run month to month: give 30 days' notice by email. Private offices have a three-month minimum, then the same 30 days. Sample terms.

Can I bring clients to a meeting?

Yes. Book a meeting room and add your guests' names. The front desk lets them in and shows them to the room.

Can I use Bobbin Hall as my business address?

Office members can. Desk members can add it for $30 a month, which includes mail handling. We message you when something arrives.

Where do I park?

There's street parking on Spindle Lane and a paid lot across the road. Bikes go in the covered racks in the courtyard.
