Four ways to ship with us. Most customers start with same-day runs and add a standing route once they know the drivers.

Same-day delivery
Boxes, parts and paperwork collected and delivered the same afternoon inside our zones. Your customer signs on a phone and you get the proof by email.

Scheduled routes
A standing pickup on the days you choose, with the same driver on the same run. Good for stores that restock branches or deliver to regular customers.

Single pallets to part loads, moved in liftgate trucks with a pallet jack on board, so the delivery address doesn't need a dock.

Where we deliver and how fast

Zone 1: Up to about 15 miles from the depot

- Same-day if booked by 2:00 pm. Two-hour pickup windows.

Zone 2: 15 to 40 miles

- Same-day if booked by 11:00 am, otherwise first thing next morning.

- Scheduled runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Same-day on request, quoted per job.

What happens after you book?
Book before the cutoff
Use the quote form or call dispatch with the pickup and delivery addresses, what's moving and roughly how much it weighs.
We confirm a pickup window
You get a text and an email with the window and a tracking number. If a liftgate or a second person is needed, we tell you then.
The driver collects and scans
Every box or pallet is scanned at pickup, so you can see it leave and follow it on the tracking page.
Delivered with proof
The receiver signs on the driver's phone and we take a photo at the door. Both land in your inbox a few minutes later.
Follow a shipment
Every booking gets a tracking number by text and email. Customers can check it here without calling dispatch.

Questions
Before you book
What can't you carry?
Hazardous materials, live animals, firearms, cash and anything that needs a temperature-controlled truck. If you're not sure, ask dispatch before you book.
How do you work out the price?
By zone, size and weight, how soon it has to arrive, and any extras like a liftgate or inside delivery. The quote you get is the price you pay unless the load turns out bigger than you told us.
What if nobody is there to sign?
The driver calls the number on the booking. If we can't reach anyone, we bring it back to the depot and redeliver the next working day. A second attempt costs half the original run. Sample policy.
Can you deliver to my customers' homes?
Yes. Many of our customers are shops and suppliers, and we deliver to their customers at home with the same tracking and proof.
Are my goods insured while you have them?
Our cargo cover and its limits are set out in our terms. For high-value items, tell us when you book and we'll quote extra cover. Sample terms.
Can we have an account and pay monthly?
Businesses that ship with us regularly can open an account and get one invoice a month, with every delivery and its proof listed. Sample terms.
