Questions people ask at the counter

Something else? Call the shop on (555) 016-4471

Do I need to book a repair?

Flat fixes and small adjustments are walk-in. For tune-ups, booking a drop-off day gets your bike into the stand sooner.

Will you call before doing extra work?

Yes. If the bike needs parts beyond the price you were quoted, we call or text with the cost and wait for your OK. This is a sample policy.

Can you work on e-bikes?

Brakes, gears, tires, wheels and general checks, yes. We don't open motors or batteries, but we'll tell you where to send them.

Do you buy used bikes?

We take trade-ins as store credit toward another bike. Bring it in and we'll make an offer after a look in the workshop.

How long will you hold a finished bike?

Seven days at no charge. After that it's $5 a day, because the workshop runs out of room. Sample terms.

Can I ride the bike before buying?

Yes. Every new and used bike can be test ridden. Bring ID and we'll set the saddle height first.
