Common questions
Before you call.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
No. Most customers aren't. Tell us about gates and pets when you sign up and we'll handle the rest, and you'll get a photo when we're done.
What happens when it rains?
We move the visit to the next dry day and text you the new time. You're never charged for a visit that didn't happen.
Is there a contract?
Weekly and monthly plans are month to month. Design and build projects have a written scope and price that we both sign before work starts.
Do you use my water for irrigation checks?
Yes, briefly, and we run each zone only long enough to see that every head is working. If something is broken, we quote the fix before touching it.
Can you work with an HOA?
Yes. Send us the landscape rules and we'll keep the yard inside them, including plant lists and mowing heights where they're specified.
