Exterior wash and seal
Hand wash with two buckets, wheels and tires cleaned, door jambs wiped, glass done inside and out, then a spray sealant on the paint.

Vacuumed from the trunk forward, seats and carpets shampooed or leather cleaned and conditioned, and the dash, vents, cup holders and door cards cleaned.

Prices and times by vehicle size
We confirm the size and the price when we see the car. Heavy pet hair, sand or stains can add up to an hour of interior time, and we'll ask before we start. Sample prices

Mobile bookings add a $25 travel fee within 15 miles of the studio. Ceramic coating is priced from a one-step polish; if the paint needs a two-step correction first, we quote it after an inspection.
What paint correction and ceramic coating can and can't do
Both are worth doing on the right car. Here is what you're paying for, so you can decide before you book.
Paint correction
Swirls, haze and light scratches sit in the clear coat, the thin top layer of the paint. Polishing levels that layer by a tiny amount so the marks stop catching the light.
- Takes out wash swirls, light scratches and dull, hazy paint
- Brings back gloss and depth of color
- Won't fix a scratch your fingernail catches in, a chip or a dent
- Can't be repeated forever, as each correction removes a little clear coat
We measure the paint thickness before we start and stop where it's thin, such as on edges and older repairs.
Ceramic coating
A liquid coating that hardens into a thin layer on top of the paint. Water beads and runs off, and dirt doesn't stick as easily, so washing is quicker.

- Doesn't stop stone chips, scratches or dents
- Doesn't mean you can stop washing the car
How long it lasts depends on how the car is washed, driven and stored, so we don't quote a number of years. You get a care sheet with every coating.

At the studio or at your place
Washes, interior details and full details can be done either way. Polishing and coating need the studio's lights, a roof and time for the coating to cure.

Before you bring the car in
The same list works for mobile bookings. No need to wash the car first.
Take these out
- Valuables, cash, cards and anything with personal papers in it.
- Loose items from door pockets, the glovebox, the center console and the trunk. We bag anything we find, but less clutter means a better clean.
- Child seats. We clean around them if they stay in, but we don't take them out or fit them back.
- Phone mounts and anything stuck to the dash or windshield that you want to keep.
- Garage remotes and parking passes, if you'd rather keep hold of them.
Tell us about
- Spills, stains and smells, and roughly where they are.
- Pet hair, sand or mud, so we can book enough time.
- Scratches, chips or paint repairs you already know about.
- Any warning lights. We only move the car around the studio, but we'd like to know.

How long does a ceramic coating last?
It depends on how the car is washed, driven and stored, so we don't promise a number of years. You get a care sheet when you collect the car, and we check the coating free at a visit six months later (sample policy).
Can you take out every scratch?
No. Run a fingernail across the scratch: if it catches, it has usually gone through the clear coat, and polishing won't remove it. We can often make it less visible, and we'll tell you which marks will stay before we start.
Do I need to be home for a mobile detail?
Only at the start and the end. Leave us the keys or the car unlocked, and show us where we can park beside it. We bring our own water and power.
Can you get rid of smoke smell?
The odor treatment takes out most food, pet and damp smells in one visit. Heavy smoke soaks into the headliner and seats, and it may need a second treatment. We'll tell you after the first.
What if it rains on my mobile booking?
We text you the evening before if the forecast looks wet and move you to the next open day at no charge, or you can bring the car to the studio instead.
How do I cancel or move a booking?
Reply to your reminder text or call at least 24 hours ahead and there's no charge. Paint correction and coating bookings need 48 hours, as they take up a bay for two days (sample policy).
