Step-free throughout
Level entrance from the parking lot, and every room is on the ground floor with doorways at least 36 inches wide.
Seated play
The Study and the Glasshouse can be played from a seat. One lever puzzle in the Signal Box is at standing height; your host can work it on your instructions.
One low doorway
The Glasshouse has a 4 ft doorway into the vault. There's a side door for anyone who'd rather walk around.
Lighting
The Signal Box is lit low for the story. Tell us when you book and we'll run it with the lights up.
Hearing
Every clue can be solved by sight, and hints arrive as text on the room screen.
No scares, and the door stays open
There are no actors, jump scares or strobe lights. The exit door never locks, so anyone can step out and come back in.
Questions before you book
Anything else? Call (555) 014-2290.
Are we locked in?
No. The exit door never locks, and your host can see and hear the room for the whole game.
Will we play with people we don't know?
No. Every booking is private to your group, from two players up to the whole venue.
Can kids play?
Ages 10 and up for the Study, 12 for the Signal Box and 14 for the Glasshouse. Players under 14 need an adult with them in the room.
What if we're running late?
Call us. We'll start you as late as we can without delaying the next group, which can mean a shorter game.
Can we move our booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before your start time. Sample policy.
Is it scary?
No. The rooms are puzzles and stories, with no horror themes and nobody jumping out.
