One message on Monday evening with the week's stops, and a short note if weather or a booking moves the truck. That's all it's used for.
Questions at the window
Anything else, call or text (555) 016-3381.
Do you take cards?
Yes, cards and phone payments at the window. Cash is fine too.
What happens when it rains?
Light rain, we're still there. Storms or high wind, we cancel and post it on the follow-along list by 9 am. Sample policy.
Can I order ahead?
For lunches, yes: text your order to the truck's number and pick it up at the window. On market nights we cook in order of arrival.
Is there anything gluten-free?
Our tortillas are corn, and most fillings have no wheat. The fish batter does, and everything is cooked on shared griddles, so we can't promise there's no cross-contact.
How far do you travel for events?
Up to about 40 miles from the commissary. Further out, we add a travel fee and tell you the amount in the quote. Sample terms.
