How custom bookings work
Every custom piece starts with a conversation, so you know the price and the number of sessions before you pay anything. Sample policy
Send a consultation request
Tell us the idea, where it goes, a rough size and which artist you'd like. We reply within two working days.
Meet your artist
A free 20-minute consultation at the studio or by video. You talk through the design and get a quote and an idea of how many sessions it needs.
Pay a deposit to book
$100 for sessions up to three hours, $200 for a day session. It holds your date and comes off the price of your last session.
Tattoo day
Your artist shows you the drawing and places the stencil, and you approve both before they start. Needles and ink caps are single-use.

Moving your date once with 72 hours' notice keeps your deposit. Missed appointments lose it.
Before your appointment
- You must be 18 or over and bring a valid government photo ID. We don't tattoo anyone under 18, even with a parent's consent.
- Eat a proper meal beforehand, and bring water and a snack for long sessions.
- Get a good night's sleep and skip alcohol the night before.
- Wear clothes that let your artist reach the area and that you don't mind getting ink on.
- If you're unwell, or the skin there is sunburned or broken, call us and we'll move your appointment.
Age and ID rules for tattooing are set by each state. This studio's 18+ rule is a sample policy.
Aftercare basics
Follow your artist's instructions. You leave with an aftercare sheet written for your tattoo, and it comes first. The notes below are general basics.
- Leave the wrap or film on for as long as your artist tells you.
- Wash with clean hands, lukewarm water and a mild unscented soap, then pat dry with a clean paper towel.
- Use only the aftercare product your artist recommends, in a thin layer.
- Don't soak it: no baths, pools, hot tubs or the sea until it has healed.
- Keep it out of the sun, and don't pick or scratch flaking skin.
Questions about how it's healing? Call the studio. If redness, swelling or pain gets worse, see a doctor. These notes aren't medical advice.
Questions people ask before booking
Something else? Ask it in your consultation request, or call (555) 017-4821.
Do you take walk-ins?
On Thursday afternoons if an artist has a free chair, and all day on flash days. Walk-ins are small flash pieces or simple lettering. Anything custom starts with a consultation.
How much will my tattoo cost?
It depends on the size, the detail and where it goes. Your artist quotes at the consultation, before you pay anything. The shop minimum is $120, and larger work is priced by the hour or by the day. These are sample prices.
Can I bring my own design?
Bring as many reference pictures as you like. Your artist draws an original design from them. We don't copy another artist's tattoo.
Will I see the drawing before the day?
Your artist shows you the finished drawing at the start of the session, and you can ask for changes then. For large pieces they may send a rough sketch ahead.
Do you do cover-ups?
Often, yes. Book a consultation with Kit and bring the tattoo along so they can see its size and how dark it is. Some cover-ups need a few laser fading sessions first, and we'll tell you if yours does.
Is the deposit refundable?
No, but it carries over if you move your date once with 72 hours' notice. Missed appointments and later changes lose the deposit. This is a sample policy.
Can I bring someone with me?
One adult, yes. The studio is small, so children can't come into the work area.
Free, 20 minutes
