Coached strength training
Small-group strength classes where a coach knows your name, your numbers and your sore knee. Beginners start with Foundations; nobody is thrown in the deep end.
Classes
Every class is capped at twelve people and led by a qualified coach. Intensity is a guide: everything scales.
Learn the squat, hinge, press and pull with a coach watching every rep. Small groups, light weights, lots of feedback.
Programmed squat, bench and deadlift cycles. Everyone works from their own numbers, so the plan fits you.
Sleds, rowers, bikes and carries. Hard work in short pieces, scaled to where you are today.
Swings, cleans, presses and getups for strength you can carry into everyday life.
Slow, guided work on hips, shoulders and spine. The class that makes the others feel better.
Your own programme on our racks and platforms, with a coach on the floor to spot and answer questions.

Your first week
You'll never be handed a barbell and left to it. Here's how starting works.
Come to any Foundations or Kettlebell class. Wear something you can move in; we have everything else.
Twenty minutes with a coach to see how you move, talk about old injuries and what you want from training.
We suggest which classes to start with and how often, and write your first numbers down so progress is easy to see.
