Can you match a paint colour from a photo?
A photo on a phone screen isn't accurate enough. Bring a physical sample, such as a paint chip, a swatch or a small piece of trim, about the size of a quarter or bigger.
Do you cut car keys?
We cut plain metal keys for older cars. Most newer car keys have a chip inside that needs programming, and for those you'll need the dealer or a locksmith.
I don't know what the part is called. Can you still help?
Yes. Bring the old part in, or a clear photo of it, and we'll find a match or the closest fit.
What do I need to rent a tool?
A photo ID and a card for the deposit. We refund the deposit when the tool comes back clean. Sample terms.
What's your returns policy?
Unused items with the receipt can be returned within 30 days. Paint mixed to order and cut glass can't be returned. Sample policy.
Do you deliver bagged soil and mulch?
Yes, with local delivery. Heavy orders are easiest to book a day ahead so we can plan the truck.
