Do you charge for a quote?
Replacement and upgrade quotes are free. Repair visits include a diagnostic fee, which is stated upfront when you book and credited toward the repair if you go ahead.
Repair or replace — how do I decide?
We'll give you both options in writing when it's a real question, along with the age and condition of your system, so you can weigh repair cost against replacement. We won't push a new system you don't need.
How often should my system be serviced?
Most systems benefit from a tune-up once a year per season they run — heating in the fall, cooling in the spring. Heat pumps work in both seasons, so twice a year is typical.
What counts as an emergency?
No heat in cold weather, no cooling in extreme heat, a gas smell, or water leaking from equipment. If you smell gas, leave the house first and call your gas utility, then call us.
