What patients ask

Straight answers to common questions.

General information only — your clinician will advise on your own situation.

Do I need an appointment for a sick visit?

Not always. In this concept, same-day sick visits are offered with or without a booking, but booking holds your place and shortens the wait.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of medicines you take. Forms are sent securely ahead of time so you can fill them in on your phone.

How do I know if I should come in or use telehealth?

Telehealth suits follow-ups, prescription reviews and many minor concerns. Anything that needs a physical exam, a test or a procedure is better in person. The front desk can help you choose.

What if I do not have insurance?

Self-pay visits are welcome. The price is shown before you book, and the team can explain what any labs or extras would cost.

Is this an emergency room?

No. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms or any life-threatening problem, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
