Local plumbing Sample company
Leaks, drains, water heaters and new fixtures, priced before we start
Pellwood Plumbing fixes and installs the plumbing in homes and small shops around town. The plumber finds the problem, tells you the price, and only starts once you agree.
- $89 call-out, counted toward the job if you go ahead Sample
- A two-hour arrival window, and a text when we set off
- Invoice by email, with photos of the finished work
Most sinks and toilets have their own shut-off valve. Knowing where yours are is the fastest way to stop a leak.
What we fix and install
Homes, rentals and small shops. For a new build or a full bathroom remodel, we can recommend a contractor.
-
Leaks and pipe repairs
Dripping taps, a wet cabinet under the sink, a pipe that sweats or bursts. We find where the water comes from before we replace anything.
- Dripping or stuck taps
- Leaking supply lines and shut-off valves
- Running or rocking toilets
- Burst or pinhole-leaking pipes
-
Water heaters
No hot water, rusty water or a puddle under the tank. We repair what can be repaired and tell you plainly when a tank is due for replacing.
- Tank and tankless repairs
- Same-size tank replacement
- Old tank hauled away
- Pressure relief valves and expansion tanks
-
Drain clearing
Slow sinks, a tub that won't empty or a toilet that backs up when the washer runs. We clear it and show you what was in there.
- Kitchen, bathroom and laundry drains
- Main sewer line clearing
- Camera inspection of the line
- Advice on what to keep out of the drain
-
Fixture installs
New taps, toilets, sinks and appliances hooked up. Buy the fixture yourself or ask us to source it, and we fit it and take the old one away.
- Kitchen and bathroom taps
- Toilets and vanity sinks
- Garbage disposals
- Dishwasher and washer hookups
How pricing works
You pay a call-out fee for the visit, then a fixed price for the job that you approve before any work starts. Sample prices

- A fixed priceFor the whole job, parts included. If it takes longer than expected, the price stays the same.
- Your callSay yes and the call-out counts toward the job. Say no and you pay the call-out only.
Evenings until 9 pm and Saturdays add $75. Zone 2 adds $25 for travel. All figures on this page are samples for a concept site.

Water leaking? Do this before we arrive
Work down the list. Tick each step as you go if that helps; nothing is saved or sent.
Then call us
Tell us what's leaking and whether the water is off. We'll give you the earliest arrival window we have.
Call (555) 016-4470Smell gas near the water heater? Leave the house first and call your gas company's emergency line from outside.
These steps are general guidance written for this concept site. A live site would have them checked by the company's own plumbers.
Where we work
Two zones around our yard. Outside them? Call and ask; for planned installs we sometimes travel further. Sample area

- Old Town
- Riverside
- Northside
- Mill Hill
- Fairgrounds
Zone 2 +$25 travel

What happens on a visit
Book online or call
Tell us what's happening and send a photo if you can. We confirm a two-hour arrival window.
Text when we're on the way
You get a text with the plumber's name when they set off.
Find the problem, agree the price
The plumber shows you what's wrong and gives a fixed price. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Fix, test and tidy up
We test the repair with you, clean up, and email the invoice with photos of the finished work.
Questions before you book
Something else? Call the office on (555) 016-4470. Answers describe sample policies.
Do I pay if I decide not to go ahead?
You pay the $89 call-out, which covers the trip and finding the problem. If you go ahead, it counts toward the job price. Sample terms.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Weekday evenings until 9 pm and Saturdays, for a $75 surcharge. Sundays we answer calls about active leaks only. These are sample hours; a live site would list the company's own.
Can you quote a water heater replacement without a visit?
Often, yes. Send photos of the tank, its label and the pipes around it, and we can give you a price range before anyone comes out.
Can I buy the fixture myself?
Yes. Tell us the model when you book so we can check it fits your space and connections. If anything looks wrong on the day, we say so before we start.
Are you licensed and insured?
This is a concept site, so it doesn't claim any licence or insurance. A live plumbing site would list the licence number and insurance details here.
Book a visit
Tell us what's going on and when suits you. We'll call back to confirm an arrival window. This is a demo form, so nothing is sent. Concept
