Ridgeline plans every job on paper first: a fixed price, a start date, a finish date and one project manager who answers the phone.
What we build
From a single bathroom to a new wing, planned and managed the same way.
Layouts, cabinetry, counters and lighting planned together so the room works as well as it looks.
Tile, showers, vanities and ventilation, with waterproofing done properly behind the walls.
A new bedroom, a larger family room or a second story, drawn, permitted and tied in cleanly.
Covered patios, decks and outdoor kitchens built for Florida sun, storms and humidity.
Tile, plank and refinished floors, plus interior and exterior paint that is prepped before it is painted.
Doors, drywall, trim, leaks and the punch list you have been meaning to get to.
How a project runs
We visit, measure, and listen to how you actually use the space.
A fixed price with scope, materials and a start and finish date in writing.
One project manager, a clean site each evening, and photos sent as we go.
We walk the finished work with you and fix the punch list before we call it done.

Common questions
Your written estimate includes a start date and a finish date. A bathroom is usually a few weeks and a kitchen a couple of months; additions take longer. (Sample answer for this concept.)
Usually yes. We set up dust barriers, protect floors and keep a path clear. For a kitchen we help you plan a temporary setup first.
Estimates are fixed. If you ask for something new, or we open a wall and find a hidden problem, we write up the change and you approve it before work continues.
Yes. We prepare and submit permit paperwork and schedule the inspections as part of the job.
A deposit to reserve your start date, then payments tied to finished stages, with the last one due only after the final walkthrough.
