Tonight's whole fish
Whatever came in best that morning, scored, salted and grilled whole over oak. Built for two to four, served with burnt lemon, salsa verde and the good bread.

Day-boat seafood from the docks a block away, shucked to order or kissed by an oak fire — served in a dining room that smells faintly of the tide.

Chef Nadia Brennan grew up sorting the catch on her uncle's shrimp boat before she could see over the gunwale. Years of kitchens later, she came home with one idea: cook fish the way the people who catch it would want it cooked.
So the menu starts at the dock each morning. Whole fish are broken down in-house, nothing sits frozen at the pass, and almost everything meets the oak fire — or no heat at all.
“If it wasn't swimming yesterday, it isn't on the menu tonight.”Nadia Brennan, chef & owner
