Will servicing my car here affect my factory warranty?
Routine maintenance at an independent shop generally doesn't, as long as it's done to the manufacturer's schedule with the right parts and fluids. We document every service on your invoice so you have the records.
Do you work on hybrids?
Yes — brakes, suspension, cooling, A/C and 12-volt systems on most hybrids. If a job needs dealer-only equipment, we'll tell you before you book.
How accurate is the instant estimate?
It shows a typical range for that job on that kind of vehicle. Your exact price is confirmed after inspection and sent to you for approval before any work begins.
Can I bring my own parts?
For most jobs, yes. We can't warranty parts we didn't source, so we'll walk you through the trade-off first.
What if I don't approve everything on the inspection?
That's completely fine. We'll note what you skipped and send a reminder when it's worth another look.
