The everyday IT a small office needs, from the first laptop to the last day of someone who's leaving.
Email, call or use the portal when something stops working. A technician replies, works on it remotely, and tells you when it's fixed.
We order, set up and deliver computers ready to use, keep their updates current, and wipe and recycle old ones.
Email, shared files and the office computers backed up every night. Once a quarter we restore a few files to check the backup works.
New mailboxes, shared calendars, password resets, and two-step sign-in on every account.
The router, switches and Wi-Fi access points, set up so the whole office gets a signal and guests stay on their own network.
A new starter's laptop and accounts ready on their first morning. A leaver's access turned off the hour they go.
Count the people who use a computer for work. Every plan covers each person's computer, email and accounts. Sample prices
Minimum of 5 people. Shared computers at reception count as one person.
Estimated monthly cost Sample

What we usually suggest
Most offices of 10 to 50 people
$95 per person / month
Offices that can't afford a slow day
$135 per person / month
Hardware, software licences and projects such as an office move are quoted separately. Setting up a new office in the first month is a one-off fee of one month's plan.
Every ticket gets a priority, and each priority has a target. Sample targets
A response means a technician has picked up your ticket and replied to you. It's the time until someone is working on the problem. It isn't a promise about when it will be fixed, because a dead laptop and a forgotten password take very different amounts of time.
Targets count business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. Priority 1 tickets on the Managed plus plan are answered in the evening and at weekends too.
Every month you get a short report of your tickets, with how long each one took to answer and to close.
Tell us the name and the date. We do the rest and send you a checklist when it's done.
We need three working days' notice to have a new laptop ready. Sample terms.
Whether you have another provider today or one person in the office who "knows computers", it runs the same way. Timings are samples.
One or two hours at your office
We list every computer, account, network device and subscription you have, and write down what worries you.
Within a week
A per-person price and a start date in writing. Nothing changes until you sign it.
Two weeks of overlap
You send your current provider a short letter authorising the handover. We collect admin passwords, licences and notes from them, and they stay on until we have everything.
Weeks 1 to 4
Monitoring and backups go on every computer, and we write up your network and accounts. You keep that document.
If you leave us: give 30 days' notice. We hand your new provider every admin password, the write-up and the backups, and answer their questions. Sample terms
A small team based in town. You'll know the names on your tickets.

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can do is keep updates current, turn on two-step sign-in, test the backups, and agree with you in advance what happens if something goes wrong.
Most offices of this size don't any more. Email and files usually live in cloud services. If you already have a server, we look after it and tell you honestly whether it's worth replacing.
Plans run month to month after the first three months, with 30 days' notice to leave. These are sample terms.
Hardware, software licences and projects like an office move or a new network are quoted separately. Licences are billed by the vendor, at their price.
We hand over every admin password, the network and accounts write-up, and the backups, and we talk to your new provider so nothing is lost.
Office printers, yes. Phone systems we can manage if they run over the internet. Company mobiles get the same email and security setup as laptops.

Tell us roughly what you have. We'll book a visit to see it, then send a per-person price in writing. This is a demo form, so nothing is sent. Concept
