Orders leave our warehouse within one working day. Free over $99, otherwise a flat $7.
60-day returns
Take it on a trip. If it's not right, send it back within 60 days, used or not, for a refund or exchange.
Repairs at cost
Broken buckle, torn fly, sticky zip? We repair anything we sell, for the cost of parts, for as long as you own it.
How do I choose a pack size?
Use the pack finder above as a starting point. Torso length matters more than height, so check the fit range on each pack.
Do the weights include everything?
Listed weights are the minimum trail weight, without stuff sacks or optional parts. Packed weight is shown on each product page.
Can I get advice before I buy?
Yes. Our staff are on the trail most weekends and happy to talk through a trip by email or in the shop.
