Natural materials age well when they're looked after a little. Here's how we'd care for each one.
- Stoneware
- Dishwasher safe unless noted. Avoid sudden temperature changes, like freezer to oven.
- Linen
- Wash cool with like colours, line dry, skip the iron. It softens with every wash.
- Wood
- Hand wash, dry upright, and rub in food-safe oil whenever it looks thirsty.
- Glass
- Dishwasher safe. A splash of vinegar clears any cloudiness from hard water.

Changed your mind? Send unused pieces back within 30 days for a full refund. We'll email a prepaid label.
Breakages
Ceramics travel in moulded paper pulp. If anything arrives chipped, send a photo and we'll replace it.
Do you ship internationally?
On this sample policy, yes — to most of Europe and North America, with duties shown before you pay.
Why does my vase look slightly different from the picture?
Hand-thrown pieces and reactive glazes vary from one firing to the next. That variation is part of the charm, and it's why no two are quite alike.
Can I send something as a gift?
Yes. Add a note at checkout and we'll leave out the receipt and wrap it in plain tissue.
