Multi-location & franchise businesses
Every location running to the same standard, with one view of the whole business.
A multi-site or franchise business earns by repeating a model well in many places. Technology quietly costs you when each location buys its own tools, when the brand looks different in each town and when headquarters cannot see how locations are really performing.
Common problems
Sounds familiar?
-
Every location has its own website, listing and brand presentation
The problemSome sites are current, some are years old and local pages contradict each other. Customers searching nearby get an inconsistent experience.
What we doWe build and run a single platform with a page for every location sharing your design, content and local details. Digital marketing campaigns are run per area and tracked back to enquiries in the EpicTech CRM.
What changesEach location looks like the same business and has its own findable page.
-
Local enquiries get lost between the website, the store and head office
The problemA lead for a nearby location lands in a central inbox, gets forwarded by hand and may never be answered.
What we doLead capture routes each enquiry to the correct location in the CRM based on rules, with an automatic reply sent straight away. Managers see their own leads while headquarters sees them all.
What changesEach enquiry reaches the right location with a first reply already sent.
-
Headquarters cannot see how locations are performing
The problemEach site reports in its own format, usually late. Comparing locations means chasing spreadsheets, and problems surface only after they grow.
What we doWe connect location data with custom automations and build dashboards and reports on one definition of each measure. AI assistants grounded in your operations manuals help staff answer procedure questions consistently.
What changesHeadquarters sees comparable figures from every site without chasing.
-
IT is different in every location and nobody owns it
The problemEach manager buys their own routers, printers and software. Support is whoever is nearest, and equipment ages unnoticed.
What we doManaged IT gives every location the same help desk, monitoring and patching, and IT asset management inventories every device across all sites. IT service management tracks requests and changes centrally.
What changesAll locations share one support process and one equipment record.
-
Opening or acquiring a location means rebuilding the setup each time
The problemEach rollout reinvents the network, accounts, point of sale and security. Openings are delayed and results vary.
What we doNetworking and cloud infrastructure are designed as a repeatable standard, with workflow engineering turning the rollout into a checklist. IT consulting plans vendor choices so new sites plug in without a redesign.
What changesA new location is set up from a template rather than from scratch.
-
Staff accounts and access are managed location by location
The problemManagers create their own logins. People leave and keep access, and a franchisee's employee can see more than they should.
What we doIdentity and access management sets up one directory with roles per location, multi-factor authentication and quick offboarding. Access is limited to the sites each person works at, and changes are recorded.
What changesPeople see only their own location's data, and leavers lose access promptly.
-
Cameras and door access vary by site with no central visibility
The problemDifferent vendors, different footage retention and no way to review an incident across locations without calling each manager.
What we doWe standardise camera and access control systems, bring them onto monitored networks and set shared rules for who can view footage. Headquarters gets a consistent view while local managers keep day-to-day control.
What changesA consistent security setup, with incident review that does not depend on calling each site.
Getting started
Your first week with EpicTech
- List every location, its website, equipment, vendors and local contacts.
- Compare how each site handles enquiries, logins and support, and pick the biggest gap to close first.
- Review brand and listing consistency across locations for search and customer-facing pages.
- Propose a standard setup and a pilot of two or three sites.
FAQ
Common questions
Does this work for franchises where owners are independent?
Yes. Shared standards and central reporting can sit alongside each owner's control over their own site. Agreements between franchisor and franchisee govern who pays and decides.
Do you roll out everything at once?
No. We pilot with a few sites, refine the standard and then extend it.
Can you work across regions or countries?
We can design the standard centrally. Local on-site work is coordinated for each region.
