Acceptance of these terms

By using this website — including browsing our pages, submitting the Get Started form, or signing a document through our e-signature process — you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using this website

This site is provided by EpicTech to describe our IT, cybersecurity, growth/digital-marketing, and software/AI automation services, and to let prospective and existing clients reach us. You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it (including the admin system), and not to submit false information, malicious content, or spam through the forms on this site.

The Get Started form

The form at /get-started/ is a way to tell us about your business and what you're looking for, so we can follow up appropriately. Submitting the form does not, by itself, create an agreement between you and EpicTech, obligate EpicTech to perform any work, or obligate you to purchase anything — it starts a conversation. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which may be presented to you through our electronic signature process described below.

Electronic signatures & the ESIGN Act

EpicTech may send you a link to review and sign a document electronically (for example, a services agreement). This process is designed around the requirements of the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("ESIGN Act") and applicable state adoptions of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA"), which give electronic signatures the same legal effect as a handwritten signature when certain conditions are met. Specifically:

• Consent to transact electronically. By checking the consent box on the signing page and submitting the form, you affirmatively consent to conducting that transaction electronically and to receiving records (including the signed document) electronically, instead of on paper.
• Clear intent to sign. Typing your full name into the signature field and submitting the form is your deliberate act of signing — it is treated the same as signing your name on paper.
• Retaining your copy. After you sign, we email a copy of the final, signed document to the email address you provided, and the signed-confirmation page is printable, so you can keep a copy for your own records (see the "Print this page" option shown after signing). If you're unable to access the email, you may request a copy directly from us at any time.

At the moment you sign, we record your typed name, the email address you entered, the IP address and browser user-agent your device sent, and the date and time of signing, along with a SHA-256 cryptographic hash of the exact document text you agreed to. This information becomes part of the permanent record of that signed document, which we retain as evidence of the agreement. Once a document has been signed, it cannot be re-signed or altered through the signing page.

If you'd prefer not to sign electronically, contact us before signing and we can discuss alternative arrangements.

The content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and the EpicTech name and branding — belongs to EpicTech unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

This website and the information on it are provided "as is." EpicTech describes its services and industry experience on this site honestly and does not claim certifications, audits, or regulatory approvals it does not actually hold. Where a page describes our awareness of or experience working within a regulatory landscape (for example, healthcare or financial data handling), that describes how we approach a project — it is not a certification, guarantee, or warranty of legal or regulatory compliance for your specific business, which depends on the details of your own operations and remains your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EpicTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Any liability specific to a paid engagement is instead governed by the written agreement for that engagement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless a separate signed agreement between you and EpicTech specifies otherwise.
