Free website · Real estate agents
A free website for real estate agents.
An agent's own website is where people check you out after meeting you or seeing your sign. The real estate starter covers how you help, the areas you know, your listings and a way to get in touch.

Advice
What makes a good real estate agent website.
Lead with the areas you know
Buyers and sellers search by place. Write about the neighbourhoods you work in: what the homes are like, who they suit, what is changing.
Keep listings current
A listing that sold months ago makes the whole site look stale. Remove it or mark it sold as soon as it changes.
Show how you work
A clear, step-by-step "how selling with me works" builds more trust than adjectives. The starter has one.
Include your brokerage details
Your brokerage may require its name and your licence details on your advertising. The starter has a "Brokerage details" section for them; check what your brokerage and local rules ask for.
Reply fast
A request form is only as good as the reply. Make sure form answers reach the inbox you check most.

The 2026 Real Estate Playbook: Own Your Leads, Protect Your Closings
- Build a lead engine you own
Write area pages that answer real questions
A neighborhood page earns trust when it answers what buyers actually ask: commute routes, HOA basics, typical home styles, flood zones, where the parks and grocery stores are. Link to official sources, like the school district's boundary lookup and FEMA's Flood Map Service Center, instead of making claims you can't back up. Embed a saved IDX search for that area so readers can register for alerts. Keep the language about the place, not about who 'fits' there (more on that in chapter 4).
- Build a lead engine you own
Make your home valuation page honest
Sellers know an instant estimate is a rough number. Present any automated value as a starting range, explain what it can't see (updates, condition, view, lot), and offer a real comparative market analysis from you as the next step. Ask only for the address and contact details up front. Then say exactly what happens after they submit, who will reach out and when. Honest framing sets expectations and gives you a natural reason to call.
- Answer fast, then follow up for the long haul
Make the first response minutes, not hours
Someone who just asked about a listing may be asking other agents too. Set up an instant, personal-sounding text or email that confirms you got the request and asks one easy question, then call. Only text people who clearly agreed to texts (chapter 5 covers consent). Agents on showings can't always pick up, so teams should name a backup responder for business hours.
- Advertise widely and fairly
Describe the property, not the people
The Fair Housing Act and HUD's rule at 24 CFR 100.75 make it unlawful to publish housing ads that indicate a preference or limitation based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap (disability), familial status or national origin. That covers words, photos and even the choice of media or locations for your ads. Write about features: layout, the yard, the updated kitchen, the distance to a park. Skip phrases about who a home is 'perfect for.' If AI drafts your listing descriptions or posts, read every line before it goes out. State and local laws often protect more groups, so ask your broker or attorney.
- Advertise widely and fairly
Treat your Google Business Profile as a storefront
Google allows public-facing individual practitioners, including real estate agents, to have their own Business Profile separate from the brokerage office's, as long as they can be reached directly during stated hours. Fill in services, areas served, photos and hours, and post listings or market notes regularly. Ask every closed client for a review, but never offer gifts or discounts for one. Google removes incentivized reviews, and a 2024 FTC rule bans fake reviews, including AI-generated ones, and paying for reviews that express a particular sentiment.

FAQ
Questions about a free real estate agent website
Can I show my listings?
Yes. The Listings page has a card for each property with a photo, a short description and a link. The builder does not connect to MLS or IDX feeds, so you update listings yourself.
Can people sign up to hear about new listings?
Email signups and newsletters are part of the website plan ($29 a month). Everyone confirms their address before they are added, and you can email your list from your portal. On a free website the signup section stays hidden.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the website plan ($29 a month). A free website lives on its own name.epicte.ch address; the plan connects your own domain, sets up HTTPS for you and removes the "Made with EpicTech" line.
How much does it cost?
Nothing to build and publish: your site goes live free on its own name.epicte.ch address with HTTPS and a small "Made with EpicTech" line in the footer. No card needed. The website plan ($29 a month) adds your own domain, online booking, event RSVPs, newsletters, members-only pages and a download of your site, and removes that line. Cancel any time and the site stays live on its free address.
