Free website · Studios & classes
A free website for studios and classes.
Yoga, dance, art, music or martial arts: people looking for a class want to know what you teach, when, who it suits and how to sign up. The studio starter puts classes, booking, a gallery and questions on one page.
- Free to build and publish
- No card needed
- Up to 10 pages
What you start with
2 pages, ready for your words.

Advice
What makes a good studio website.
Describe each class for a beginner
Level, length, what to bring and who it suits. Someone deciding whether to come needs that more than the class name.
Make the schedule easy to find
Put days and times where people look first. If they change often, say where the latest timetable lives.
Show the space
Photos of the studio and of a class in progress (with permission) help people picture themselves there.
Explain prices and passes
Drop-in, class packs, memberships: a simple price list prevents confusion at the door.
Answer "is this for me?"
Use the questions section for fitness level, age, and what happens if someone misses a class.

The Full-Chair Playbook: Bookings, Rebooking and Reviews for Salons
- Make booking effortless everywhere clients find you
Add a Book button to Instagram and keep one link everywhere
Instagram professional accounts can show a Book action button connected to a supported scheduling partner. If your platform isn't supported, put your booking link at the top of your bio. Use the same booking link on Google, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and your website so clients never land on an old or broken page. When you change platforms, update every one of these on the same day.
- Cut no-shows without scaring off good clients
Show your policy before clients book, not after they miss
Write a short cancellation and no-show policy: how much notice you need, what happens if they miss, and how they can reschedule. Show it on the booking page, in the confirmation and in the reminder so nobody is surprised. Booking platforms such as Vagaro, GlossGenius and Square Appointments let you require a card or a deposit, often set per service. Use deposits for long or high-value services, like color, extensions or a 90-minute massage, and keep quick services low-friction.
- Cut no-shows without scaring off good clients
Send reminders clients can confirm or move in one tap
A reminder works best when it asks for a reply or a tap: confirm, reschedule or cancel. That gives you time to fill the slot instead of discovering the gap when the client doesn't arrive. Most booking platforms send email and text reminders for you; check that they're on and that the reschedule link works. If you text clients from your own tool or number, US carriers block messages from unregistered 10-digit numbers, so make sure that number is registered for A2P 10DLC.
- Keep regulars coming back with rebooking, memberships and gift cards
Keep memberships and packages simple and easy to cancel
Memberships and packages can smooth out slow weeks, but only if clients understand them. Use one or two plans with a clear benefit, a clear monthly charge and a clear way to pause or cancel. Spell out what happens to unused visits. Many states have automatic-renewal laws with disclosure and cancellation requirements, so have your attorney review your terms before you launch or change a plan.

FAQ
Questions about a free studio website
Can students book classes online?
Online booking is part of the website plan ($29 a month): visitors pick an open time and get a calendar invite. On a free website the booking section stays hidden, so visitors reach you through your contact form, phone or email instead. Switch the plan on whenever you want online booking.
Can I add my class timetable?
Yes. List regular classes in a cards or tabs section, or add dated sessions with the Events section. Letting people reserve a spot (with a cap on places) is part of the website plan ($29 a month).
Does it work for one teacher, not a whole studio?
Yes. Change "we" to "I", remove the sections you don't need, and keep it to a single page if that is all you need.
How much does it cost?
Nothing to build and publish: your site goes live free on its own name.epicte.ch address with HTTPS and a small "Made with EpicTech" line in the footer. No card needed. The website plan ($29 a month) adds your own domain, online booking, event RSVPs, newsletters, members-only pages and a download of your site, and removes that line. Cancel any time and the site stays live on its free address.
